Fit the ACOG very nicely. Mounting hardware (allen nuts) included with correct allen wrench.
Very secure, no movement after a couple of trips to the range.

Hard mount to find, not as sturdy as the two mount system but the correct mount for this particular ACOG. Kudos to them for having the correct mount. Ended up adding another ring and placing both on a quick detach for extra sturdiness.
